SETTLE and Sound in the Sukkah*

A restorative somatic experience designed to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, calming the nervous system, and cultivating inner trust.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, a sound bath and rest, this women-only space offers grounding practices that nourish emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing while fostering connection in community.
*This event is taking place in the sukkah at Chabad Intown in celebration of the holiday of Sukkot which we will be celebrating at the time of this event. The holiday is all about spending time in the sukkah — eating, celebrating, and just hanging out together in this special space. The sukkah reminds us of the huts the Jewish people lived in while traveling through the desert, and also of the way G-d protects us & embraces us. So instead of SETTLE being indoors, we get to celebrate and SETTLE in the sukkah!
