About the Role:

Chabad Intown is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the overall functioning of the organization. This role serves as the central hub for administrative and operational activity, helping ensure programs, communications, and internal systems run efficiently in support of the organization’s mission to strengthen Jewish life in Atlanta.

The Office Manager will oversee core office operations, support programs and events, and help maintain clear communication across staff, donors, and community members. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and care.

What You’ll Do:

● Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and smoothly functioning workplace

● Manage organizational communications, shared inboxes, calendars, and scheduling for programs, events, and leadership priorities

● Provide operational and logistical support for classes, programs, and community initiatives, ensuring seamless execution

● Maintain CRM systems and donor records with accuracy, supporting donor communications, tracking, and campaign coordination

● Provide administrative and operational support to the Rabbi and team, including scheduling, coordination, and daily office needs

● Manage and execute weekly mailings, including thank-you notes, birthday cards, yahrzeit letters, and other community correspondence.

What You’ll Bring:

● 5+ years of experience in administration, operations, nonprofit work, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

● Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

● Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

● Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems and tools

Preferred Experience:

● Experience in a nonprofit, synagogue, school, or mission-driven organization

● Background in office management, executive support, or operations coordination

● Experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced environment

● Familiarity with donor management, fundraising support, or CRM systems

● Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and tracking systems

● Demonstrated ability to maintain and improve administrative systems and processes
