Jewish Business Network Lunch & Learn Series
Brought to you by Chabad Intown & the Jewish Business Network (JBN), our Lunch & Learn Business Series was an incredible journey through leadership, entrepreneurship, and valuable insights in the workplace. Across three powerful sessions, we enjoyed engaging discussions, delicious kosher lunches, and valuable networking + fresh coffee with Atlanta Jewish professionals.

Part 1 | January 28: Hal Blackman
We kicked off the series with Hal Blackman, CEO & Owner of IST Management Services, who shared his personal business journey, emphasizing the importance of integrity, adaptability, and resilience. He spoke about seeing failures not as roadblocks but as stepping stones to success, urging attendees to embrace change and use every challenge as an opportunity to grow. His message: Do good, help others, and never let setbacks define you—let them push you forward.
Part 2 | February 26: Michael Golden
Next, we heard from Michael Golden, Partner at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, who delved into the world of business partnerships. Through captivating anecdotes from his career, he highlighted both the challenges and opportunities that come with partnerships. His key takeaway? Clarity is everything. From the start, partners should define expectations and, just as importantly, establish an exit strategy to ensure a smooth resolution if challenges arise.
Part 3 | March 26: Tal Baum
Wrapping up our final Jewish Business Networking Lunch & Learn with an inspiring session featuring Tal Baum of Oliva Restaurant Group! She shared her incredible journey of passion, perseverance, and entrepreneurship—turning her love for food into a thriving culinary empire, and her deep passion for bringing people together through food.
And to top it off, we enjoyed a delicious lunch featuring her very own recipes!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this amazing series. Stay tuned for more networking opportunities!
